Retained Executive Search
We charge a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year’s base salary
exclusive of any bonuses, incentives, stocks or other benefits.  There are no
hidden costs for research, phone or travel.  We collect 1/3 of the estimated fee at
the beginning of the search with the rest due upon successful completion.

Container/Retingency Search:
There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 40% of the agreed closing fee to cover the initial time and resources dedicated to the search.  This will be applied to the total fee at the
successful completion of the search.

Exclusive Contingency
There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 10% to cover the initial time and
resources dedicated to the search.  This will be applied to the total fee at the
successful completion of the search.  

Contingency
30% upon completion of search (1st day of employment at your company)

Depending on the service needed we will negotiate a fair and competitive hourly
rate.
