Our process:
- Position and Company Assessment: we meet with key executives and hiring
authorities at each client organization to assess their goals, culture, hiring process and specific position needs.
- Targeted Company and Industry Research
- Source Candidates: (cold calling passive candidates)
- Internet Mining: (resume mining, postings, and association research)
- In-depth Interviews and Candidate selection: (only pre-screened, qualified
candidates will be submitted)
- Reference Checks
- Offer Negotiations
Contract Services - Hourly
- For an individual search or for selected services on an “as needed” basis

Pricing Structure
Retained Executive Search
- We charge a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year’s base salary
exclusive of any bonuses, incentives, stocks or other benefits. There are no hidden costs for research, phone or travel. We collect 1/3 of the estimated fee at the beginning of the search with the rest due upon successful completion.
Exclusive Contingency
- There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 10% to cover the initial time and
resources dedicated to the search. This will be applied to the total fee at the successful completion of the search.
Contract Service – Hourly
- Depending on the service needed we will negotiate a fair and competitive hourly
rate.
