    process and specific position needs.
  • Targeted Company and Industry Research
  • Source Candidates: (cold calling passive candidates)
  • Internet Mining: (resume mining, postings, and association research)
  • In-depth Interviews and Candidate selection: (only pre-screened, qualified
    candidates will be submitted)
  • Reference Checks
  • Offer Negotiations

Contract Services - Hourly

  • For an individual search or for selected services on an “as needed” basis

Pricing Structure

Retained Executive Search

  • We charge a percentage of the successful candidate’s first year’s base salary
    exclusive of any bonuses, incentives, stocks or other benefits.  There are no
    hidden costs for research, phone or travel.  We collect 1/3 of the estimated fee at
    the beginning of the search with the rest due upon successful completion.

Exclusive Contingency

  • There is a non-refundable start-up fee of 10% to cover the initial time and
    resources dedicated to the search.  This will be applied to the total fee at the
    successful completion of the search.  

Contract Service – Hourly

  • Depending on the service needed we will negotiate a fair and competitive hourly
    rate.
